The new harvesting period is close!

That time of the year is getting closer and closer and we are super enthusiastic! There are still several tasks to complete, like the September fertilising, the logistics for the harvesting days (build the team, agree about the dates, check the equipment etc.) and of course there are tasks related to the bottling, the labeling and the transportation.

This year looks much more different than the previous one and it seems that most of the olive oil producers have trees full of olive fruits! We are expecting an increased production, even though many areas got hit by severe hailstorms and many producers lost this year's production. 

We are forecasting a production of around 2000 - 2500 kilos and 250 liters will be bottled and sent to The Netherlands.
