Giannis Pavlakos is an experienced agronomist, specialized in the olive cultivation. Giannis is a key contributor to our project by providing important information and solutions, like what kind of fertilizers we should use, what kind of fertilization we should do and he is performing soil and leaf analysis. He is the agronomist who is always coming on the field to check and investigate our trees and their development.

Stratis is a passionate farmer who has his own olive groves and he is also the person behind most of the tasks in our farm. He is always there for plowing, checking the trees, removing the wild vegetation, doing the fertilization, checking the watering system and repairing whatever is broken. Stratis is a valuable contributor to the project and his experience is making the difference!

When it is time for harvesting, Giannis and his amazing team is there to impress everyone with their dedication and their professionalism. He is the person to trust for everything during the harvesting! He is a well-educated farmer with his own olive groves and he is also producing one of the most delicious pure honeys in the area!

The standardization of our precious extra virgin olive oil is completed in Nikos' bottling company. Nikos is a visionary olive oil producer and since many years now he went a step further by establishing a standardization unit. He assists all the local farmers who also want to go a step further and he is sharing his knowledge without any hesitation!
