The project

My parents raised me and my brother with principles which I try every day to pass them to my children. Besides everything else I was taught to respect the Nature and also respect the people around me. This olive oil project goes beyond the narrow limits of "selling a product"! Everything is done with the same respect to the Nature, the same respect to the people who are going to consume this product, but above all, with respect to my parents and to our family tradition.

Since June 2022 and right after the pandemic, I decided to move forward with my plan and spend more time with the logistics so I can start selling our olive oil as an individual producer. My dream and at the same time my plan is to provide olive oil straight from the producer, together with all the information and the test results that are given after the analysis. With this, you, as the consumer, can always know what you eat and you can be sure that the oil that you eat is from a single producer and not a mixture. 

The oil that you are going to eat is exactly the same oil that I eat together with my children! And it is produced with love, which goes back to the moment that every single olive tree was planted in our grove! My dream to provide this olive oil to more people around me, finally becomes reality!

The ExtraVOO project has one goal! Our vision is to take the existing product and elevate its quality to the highest possible level. To achieve this goal though, we will be continuously working following our core values which are :

• Work as a team! Nothing can happen without trustworthy people who are sharing a common vision. Starting with the people who will be often in the field and going further to the Agronomist and the Suppliers, everyone must be working with the same passion and sharing the same vision.
• Respect our land, our product and our tradition: Without our precious olive grove and our extra virgin olive oil we wouldn't be here. Treating the land and its trees well and not trying to push to the limits, is the only way to keep them healthy and maintain the quality of our olive oil as high as possible. 
• Respect the consumers: While without the land we wouldn't be able to have a product, without customers we wouldn't be able to provide it. "Respect the customer" means "I treat you like I treat myself"! This is where our slogan originates: You eat what we eat! 
• Be transparent: To maintain a trust relationship with our customers, we must provide information about everything! Through our blog or our social media pages, we will be providing all the necessary information, like updates regarding the olive grove, test results etc.
