Ektoras Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The second year of the project was dedicated to my second son Ektoras.

That year we bottled 150 liters in bottles of 750 ml and 250 ml. These 150 liters got extracted on 15 of November 2023, during our first harvesting attempt and since then they were stored in a stainless still container, away of any source of light, humidity and high temperatures.

This was the second testing period, which would give us the necessary information about whether or not we would continue with the project. The fact that we went sold out within 2 months and without advertising our product, but also the 100% positive feedback from our customers, led us to the decision to continue the project.
