From Our Family Grove to Your Table

Our family's pure extra virgin olive oil is produced in the well-known for its high-quality oil, area of Laconia. Our olive grove is located in Molaoi, few kilometers away from the famous Monemvasia. 


The area with its microclimate, the way that we take care of our land and our trees, in conjunction with the way and the time that we harvest the olives and also the way that we extract the oil are the key factors for the production of the famous for its distinctive taste Laconian olive oil. Once the oil is extracted, we store it in a stainless still tank, away from the light and high temperatures and it remains there until the remaining particles of the extraction “sit” at the bottom as sediment. 


Our olive grove consists of two olive tree varieties: 85% of our trees belong to the "Koroneiki" variety and 15% to the "Mourtolia" variety. Both considered as native varieties in the region of Laconia and the final result is an amazing blend with a distinctive taste and aroma! The olives are harvested mostly by hand and only when needed we use eco-friendly machinery that do not harm neither the tree, nor the soil. The harvested olives are cold-pressed on the same day of picking.

What Makes Our Oil Unique

  • Cold-Pressed - Our olives are gently crushed without heat, keeping all the natural flavors, nutrients, and aromas intact.
  • Early Harvested - Early-harvested olives are collected before full ripening, creating a vibrant, fruity oil with extra health benefits.
  • Limited Production - Finite by design: each harvest produces only a select amount of our premium oil. 

Our Laconian Heritage

Nestled between the Taygetus and Parnon mountain ranges, Laconia’s landscape is a tapestry of centuries-old olive groves, sun-baked valleys, and sparkling Mediterranean air. The soil here nourishes olive trees that have stood for generations, producing a golden liquid that boasts an intense, fruity aroma and a uniquely balanced bitterness and pungency—thanks in part to the revered Koroneiki variety. This isn’t just olive oil; it’s a legacy.


 Laconia alone cultivates approximately 32% of the land under olive cultivation and contributes up to 10% of all Greek olive oil—a testament to both the scale and consistent quality of its production.
